	Heidi Macdonald, Senior Vice President, County Manager Heidi joined Founders Title Company as an Escrow Assistant in 1977. She was promoted quickly to an Escrow Officer then became the first Branch Manager of Founders Title Company, now Old Republic Title in Mill Valley California (Marin County). In 1991 Heidi moved to Seattle Washington where she accepted a position as Vice President, Branch Manager of the Bellevue Washington branch. Soon she became the Escrow Operations Manager for both King and Snohomish Counties in Western Washington. In 2002 Heidi returned to the Northbay accepting a position as the Senior Vice President, County Manager of Marin, Sonoma and Napa Counties. Heidi's strategy has been to provide a supportive business enviroment that encourages teamwork, upbeat attitudes and a commitment to the customer that is second to none. Through years of hard work, targeted recruiting and a keen appreciation of talent, Heidi has fielded a team of escrow, title and sales professionals that know how to go the extra mile - or 10 miles if needed - for both customers or co-workers.
	Fariba Zolnasr, Vice President, Sales Manager Fariba Zolnasr has been a resident of Marin for over 27 years. She started in the title industry in 1991 and is now the Vice President and Sales Manager for Old Republic Title Company in Marin, Sonoma and Napa. Fariba is passionate about her job and her community. Her approach to business is to work hard and deliver what you are promised. She has served on many committees at the Marin Association of Realtors during the past 15 years and has earned the respect of her community and her colleagues. She was honored by the Marin Association of Realtors as the Affiliate of the year for 2004. Ssensitive to the needs and trends in the California real estate market, Fariba joined and is currently on the Board of Directors for the NAHREP . She hopes to bring recognition to the important work NAHREP is doing in California and especially here in Marin. In addition to her efforts in the real estate community, she has taken the same dedication and has immeresed herself in many charitable foundations in Marin. She has organized many charity events to raise money for some of Marin's most worthy causes, like the Make a Wish Foundation of Marin, Marin Athletic Foundation , Marin Food Bank , Adopt a Family of Marin , Community Action Marin , Rebuilding Together Christmas in April and Habitat for Humanity. She is currently serving as President on the Board of Directors for the Fair Housing of Marin . She has co-chaired the Hospice of Marin Gala Charity Ball for 2004 and 2005 as well as served on the Underwriting Committe for the Hospice of Marin for the last four years.
	Debbie Berry, Vice President, Escrow Operations Manager In April 1977 Debbie joined Old Republic Title Company, formerly Founders Title Company as a receptionist. She was quickly promoted to Assistant, Escrow Officer, and ultimately, Commercial Escrow Officer. While working in the Financial District of San Francisco, she had the opportunity to handle various types of transactions with a broad scope of business professionals. In July of 1998, having relocated to Sonoma County, she accepted the position of Vice President, Branch Manager and Escrow Officer of the Santa Rosa office. In August of 2003, she accepted the position of Escrow Operations Manager for Marin, Sonoma and Napa Counties. As the Escrow Operations Manager, she oversees all escrow personnel, trains and assists them with questions and issues that may arise when executing a transaction.
